2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Symbol & Stone is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
Pricing errors have occurred.
A product is unavailable.
Fraud or misuse is suspected.
There has been an obvious error in product information or pricing.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Where applicable, VAT will be included in the displayed price.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Many gemstones are natural and may vary slightly in colour, pattern or inclusions.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

These natural variations are not considered faults.

6. Availability

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:

A full refund; or
An alternative where appropriate.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been handed to the delivery carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, severe weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns

Your rights regarding returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Gift Purchases

Where gift messages are offered, we will reproduce the message as provided by the customer.

Please ensure all gift message details are correct before completing your order.

is owned by or licensed to Symbol & Stone.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbol & Stone shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
